Landfill Development
The Edgeboro Companies have been in the landfill construction industry for more than 50 years. Working closely with State and Federal regulatory agencies, engineers and consultants through out these years, Edgeboro has helped develop the industry standards used at numerous landfills today. Edgeboro International Inc. was formed in 1995, to take this experience forward into the future. Edgeboro International Inc. can design, construct, operate and maintain all aspects of the modern day sanitary landfill. We support clients both locally and internationally, assisting them with the proper construction practices and proven operating techniques that we have established at our own facilities.
The development of emissions trading and carbon credits, as well as the installation of waste to energy systems are recent topics that have been gaining recognition around the world. The Edgeboro Companies have been developing methane gas collection systems since the early 1980s.Edgeboro International and affiliated companies were awarded project of the year by the USEPA in 2001 for a successful 20 megawatt waste to energy system in New Jersey.
